Hiring : Chief Financial Officer | High-Growth, PE-Backed Insurance Platform

We’re partnering with a fast-growing insurance distribution platform backed by a leading private equity firm to identify a strategic and operationally-minded CFO . This is a rare opportunity to join a high-velocity, acquisitive business at a pivotal inflection point.

The CFO will serve as a key member of the executive team, partnering closely with the CEO and board to scale infrastructure, optimize performance, and support continued growth through M&A.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mature the finance function, including accounting, FP&A, reporting, and systems
• Own budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and board-level reporting
• Support M&A activity in partnership with a dedicated Head of Corporate Development
• Drive the implementation of the new ERP system
• Build and mentor a high-performing team (initial focus on hiring a controller)
• Serve as a player / coach during this period of transformation and scale
• Establish controls, reporting processes, and financial discipline in a lean, fast-moving environment
