3 months and provide 2 years of recent hospital clinical activity Clinical Details Procedures : - Epidurals - Facet injections - Ablations - Occipital blocks - SI joint injections - Caudal / lumbar epidurals - Intra-articular injections - Trigger point - Genicular block / RFA Scope : Outpatient pain clinic plus surgery center procedures Support : 1 MA, part-time APP Surgery Center Privileges : Required (2 days / week procedural work) Compensation Rates : $280 / Hr with OT at 1.5X Malpractice : Provided Travel : Reimbursed
