In this role, you will be the shareholders trusted point of contact managing priorities, ensuring seamless coordination, and enabling high-impact decisions.

What Youll Do

• Act as the shareholders right hand managing schedules, communications, and travel with precision
• Coordinate projects, follow up on key initiatives, and ensure deadlines are met across multiple businesses
• Prepare agendas, reports, and presentations for board meetings and strategic discussions
• Conduct market research and provide concise insights to inform investment and operational decisions
• Liaise with Companys C-levels, team and external partners to align on priorities
• Handle confidential information with absolute discretion and professionalism
