Wired Technology Partners is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide onsite support to customers in NW Indiana. As an Onsite Support Engineer, you are responsible for providing onsite support for end users as well as fostering and maintaining a strong partnership between Wired and our customers. This is a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment focused on high-quality service, so you'll need to be up for a challenge.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Communicate with customers as required to keep them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes
Responsible for entering time and expenses in ConnectWise Manage
Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
Devices - Laptops, Desktops, Chromebooks, Tablets, Charging Carts
Operating Systems - macOS, iOS, Chrome
Applications - G-Suite, MS Office, Zoom, etc.
Provide technical assistance with audio / video systems, including projectors, displays, interactive displays, document cameras, web cameras, speakers, and cabling.
Collaborate with the COO and other team members to achieve Wired Technology Partners' strategic goals.
Stay informed about industry best practices in operations management, technology trends, and customer relationship management.
Perform other duties as assigned by the COO to support overall business objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
Technical
Experience in configuring and troubleshooting Microsoft Office as well as other line of business applications
Experience with remote monitoring & management tools
Experience with Mac OS and Chrome deployment
Experience with physical device diagnosis and repair
MSP experience, multiple customer experience preferred
Experience with classroom & conference room A / V systems
Administration / deployment of mobile and desktop operating systems
Basic administration of Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022
Basic administration of Office 365
Basic administration of G-Suite
