We are looking for a Lead Web Designer who is passionate about creating visually stunning and highly functional websites that are backed by data-driven design decisions and user testing. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for leading the design process from concept to implementation. You will collaborate closely with other designers, front-end developers, marketers, and content creators to ensure our websites meet both user needs and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of visually compelling and user-friendly websites from concept to launch.
• Analyze user data, heatmaps, and website analytics to inform design decisions and optimize user experiences and increase conversions.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality of our web designs.
• Mentor a junior designer and provide constructive feedback to help them grow professionally.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs and improve user experience.
• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
