General Laborer

Location : Niles, IL

Starting Pay : $16.00 / hour

Responsibilities

• Assist with food production and packaging; rotate across tasks to support daily operations.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area, following GMP and safety protocols.
• Supply packaging materials, operate packing lines, and ensure accurate labeling and palletizing.
• Conduct quality checks, assist with changeovers, and perform re-work as needed.
• Support onboarding of new staff and participate in cross-training.
• Comply with all plant policies and perform other duties as assigned.
