General Labor - 1st Shift

Join our team and engage in a variety of tasks that involve cleaning, assembly, and shipping preparation. This role requires attention to detail and a quality-driven mindset to ensure products are in excellent condition before they are shipped to customers. You will be involved in cleaning display windows, using tools for assembly, and assisting with shipping and receiving tasks as needed.

Responsibilities :

• Clean display windows and prepare them for shipment using cleaning agents like Windex.
• Assemble various window units for display using screw guns, bolting techniques, and cordless drills.
• Perform minor painting and touch-up work on displays.
• Use tape measures for precise measurements.
• Assist with shipping and receiving operations.

Work Environment :

You will work in an open, organized job shop environment, either independently or as part of a team of 7-8 people, depending on the task. The dress code includes t-shirts, jeans, and work boots or leather boots. Personal protective equipment will be provided on the first day. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday from 6 am to 2 : 30 pm, with opportunities for overtime. The second shift runs from 2 : 30 pm to 1 am, Monday through Thursday, with flexible hours on Fridays. Be prepared to work overtime as required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Afton, MN.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
