Your Impactful Role

• Function under an expert Shop Supervisor while collaborating with fellow artisans
• Prioritize and incorporate safety in every action
• Transform blueprints and technical plans into tangible builds
• Calculate and verify dimensions with precision
• Weld with agility across GMAW, FCAW, and SMAW methods
• Expertly grind, gouge, and inspect welds ensuring compliance
• Use advanced machinery like overhead cranes with finesse
• Deploy sophisticated rigging techniques for job rig organization
• Demonstrate mastery in ensuring AWS D1.1 and AWWA D100 adherence
