Our client is looking for outgoing, confident communicators to join their outreach team. You’ll be making outbound calls to health plan members, helping them schedule important in-home health screenings that can improve their well-being. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys talking to people, guiding conversations, and making a positive difference every day.

What You’ll Do

  • Call members to explain services and schedule appointments
  • Answer questions, confirm details, and keep accurate records
  • Follow privacy guidelines while maintaining a friendly, professional tone
  • Work with your team to meet daily and weekly outreach goals

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong phone communication skills — confident, clear, and engaging
  • Experience in customer service, call centers, or telemarketing a plus
  • Positive, energetic, and comfortable making high-volume calls
  • Organized with solid computer and data entry skills
  • Bilingual abilities welcome
