You’ll be making outbound calls to health plan members, helping them schedule important in-home health screenings that can improve their well-being. What You’ll Do
- Call members to explain services and schedule appointments
- Answer questions, confirm details, and keep accurate records
- Follow privacy guidelines while maintaining a friendly, professional tone
- Work with your team to meet daily and weekly outreach goals
