Job Title : Assistant Controller

Location : On-Site, Orem, Utah

Exempt : $115,000 – $130,000 (based on experience)

Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Controller to join our finance team. This role supports the Controller in managing the full spectrum of accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls. The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of accounting experience , strong QuickBooks Desktop expertise , and demonstrated leadership in supervising accounting staff and improving financial processes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Controller Support

• Partner with the Controller to prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Manage the month-end, quarterly, and year-end close processes across e-commerce, wholesale, and retail operations
• Prepare and support annual audits, including coordination with external auditors and tax advisors
• Help develop and enforce financial controls and accounting policies
• Provide financial analysis and reports to support business strategy and executive decisions
