Job description

We are looking for some experienced and talented servers to join our team. WEEKEND AVAILABILITY !

Responsibilities :

  • Take food and drink order from customers accurately and with positive attitude.
  • Write patron’s food order slips, memorize order correctly, repeat orders back and enter

orders correctly through Toast POS.

  • Engage with customers with friendly manner and build relationship with customers for

    • long-term.

  • Be able to make suggestions : regular customer favorites, popular items and chef favorites

    • vs personal favorites.

  • Full knowledge on Dhamaka food and beverage, and its background.
  • Ensure tables are enjoying their meals and take actions to correct any problems.
  • Collect payment from tables.
  • Help rotate tables in timely manner.
  • Help other team members as needed.

    • Server Requirements :

  • Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and ability work while unsupervised.
  • Able to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and deliver orders in a timely manner.
