Role : ServiceNow Admin

• 6+ years of experience with managing ServiceNow
• Excellent understanding of the ServiceNow product suite (ITSM and ITOM / CMDB)
• Fundamental understanding of technologies used with ServiceNow integration (eBonding, SSO, REST, APIs, etc)
• Good understanding of ITIL framework and ITSM
• ServiceNow certifications
• ITIL4 Foundation certification
• CMDB, Discovery and JavaScript skills – should have worked with relationships, discovery patterns, troubleshooting any of the issues with the CMBD
• ITOM, ITAM world and / or integrations, CSM (Employee Center Development)
