What You'll Do

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter, including display areas, parking lots, and entry points, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify any unusual conditions.

Monitor entrances and exits to help to deter theft, vandalism, or unauthorized access to vehicles and property.

Document and report any incidents, observations, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.

Assist with visitor and / or employee access control procedures as needed, maintaining a professional presence at all times.

Communicate and collaborate with Allied Universal management and onsite staff to address concerns and provide updates on security-related matters.

Minimum Requirements

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Experience with access control and / or badge systems is preferred.

Experience with alarm panels is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
