As a Security Professional - Armed Dispatch Patrol Aero / Defense in Marietta, GA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero / Defense, and more. As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at a leading aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and respond rapidly to emergencies. This is an armed and driving post, where you will play a key role in coordinating communications and supporting team members throughout the site. What You'll Do :

Manage and coordinate all incoming and outgoing communications at the dispatch post for an aerospace and defense location.

Monitor security-related systems, including alarms and surveillance cameras, to help to deter unauthorized activities and / or emergencies.

Maintain accurate records of incidents, calls, and other dispatch activities as required by site-specific policies.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with security-related personnel and emergency responders as needed.

Follow site-specific protocols and procedures to provide customer service to clients, visitors, and site personnel.

Support Allied Universal security-related operations by relaying information and instructions to patrol teams and / or site staff.

Minimum Requirements :

Possess three or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or a college degree.

An armed guard card or license is required in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Candidates must provide proof of a high school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) as required by the client.

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Handcuffing certification is preferred.

Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Participate in industry-specific security-related training programs.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
