Location : Des Moines, IA

Iowa Methodist Medical Center

Iowa Lutheran Hospital

Methodist West Hospital

Assignment Details

Shift : Day Shift

EMR : Epic

OT / Holiday Pay Multiplier : 1.25x (OT billable after 40 hrs / week)

On-Call Pay : $9 / hour

NBO (Non-Billable Orientation) : 8 hours

Floating : Required across all UnityPoint Health campuses listed above, within contracted specialty and skillset

Traveler Requirements

COVID-19 Vaccination Required

Medical or religious exemptions may be requested and reviewed

Radius Rule :

Travelers with a taxable home address within 60 miles of the facility will be billed at 10% lower rate

Job Role

As a valued member of the interdisciplinary team, the RN applies professional nursing knowledge and the nursing process to manage and deliver high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include coordination with care teams, patient advocacy, and procedural support within the Cath Lab.
