The Opportunity

Adobe is seeking a visionary Senior Director of Enterprise Executive Marketing to redefine how we globally engage with the world's most senior decision-makers. This leader will pioneer bold new approaches to executive engagement, shaping strategies that elevate Adobe's global market presence and delivering transformative storytelling, content-rich, and immersive experiences that accelerate relationships with CMOs, CIOs, CTOs, and other top executives.

With 20+ years of success shaping and scaling executive marketing strategies for enterprise companies, this leader will reimagine executive engagement as a competitive differentiator – setting new benchmarks for Adobe's influence, trust, and enterprise impact.

What you\'ll do

Global Executive Marketing Strategy

• Own and reimagine the global executive marketing vision, setting new standards for how storytelling, content, and immersive experiences become competitive differentiators at the C-suite level.
• Design and implement breakthrough engagement models that deepen trust, anticipate emerging executive priorities, and position Adobe as the indispensable partner for enterprise transformation.
• Create signature messaging platforms and thought leadership narratives—from keynotes to peer storytelling—that elevate brand authority, inspire action, and generate lasting enterprise impact.
• Regularly present Executive Marketing strategies, results, and optimizations to the Adobe Executive team.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $167,900 $366,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
