The Director of Content Marketing is a strategic leadership role responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive, centralized content strategy that aligns with the business goals, drives brand awareness, and fosters customer engagement. This role involves leading a dynamic team of content creators, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and analyzing content performance to optimize results. This position ensures that content efforts contribute to revenue growth and overall business success. Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, Informatics, or a related field is required.

Minimum seven (7) years of experience in content marketing with a proven track record of success.

Three (3) years of experience leading, managing, and inspiring a high-performance team is required.

Strong strategic thinking, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Experience with AI-driven content tools and performance analytics.

Excellent communication, project management, and engagement skills with internal / external partners.
