Litigation Attorney

Responsibilities :

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various litigation matters
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings
• Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding litigation strategies
• Manage and prioritize multiple cases simultaneously
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to develop case strategies

Skills :

Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures related to litigation

Proficiency in using legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw

Excellent legal writing and drafting skills

Ability to conduct thorough legal research and analysis

Strong negotiation skills

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
