We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall beds, garage cabinetry, and more. Our current growth has created an immediate need for a Sales Coordinator to support and develop our in-home sales. This position is a full-time inside management position.
Benefits
- Pay range of $50,000 - $60,000 includes base salary.
- Direct track to become a Sales Manager with a pay increase.

Key Responsibilities
- Sales Team Leadership - Help lead, train, and coach a team of in-home design consultants to meet individual performance goals.
- Recruitment & Onboarding - Interview, hire, and work with the sales manager to onboard new design staff.
- Training & Development - Deliver one-on-one and group training aligned with our proven sales model.
- Performance Monitoring - Help the team hit (and beat!) sales goals. Track key sales metrics, generate reports, and implement strategies for improvement.
- Team Collaboration - Keep the team motivated and engaged. Partner with leadership and sales team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience with a track record of performance.
- No degree or certification is needed.
- Willing to follow our proven sales model.
- Highly coachable and reliable.
