Open Sky supports adults with developmental and intellectual challenges referred by the Department of Developmental Services. Salary

USD $20.00 / Hr.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized, person-centered treatment plans.
• Ensure health, safety, and cleanliness standards are maintained.
• Assist with transportation needs.
• Complete required documentation accurately.
