Base pay range

$60.00 / hr - $70.00 / hr

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in either avionics, electrical, and / or a mission systems role at an enterprise level environment
• Experience in Agile Software Development and JIRA
• Ability managing projects and utilizing standard project management tools
• Familiarity in developing or integrating avionics or mission systems
• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an Electrical Design Engineer to join one of our large aerospace customers in the St. Louis area. This position is onsite 5 days per week. Customer is looking for a strong-willed individual that can take charge of initiatives and lead from the front. Mentoring junior / mid-level team members will be one of the responsibilities. You will also be tasked with working directly with customers to develop and document complex electronic and electrical system requirements, monitor supplier performance to ensure system integration and compliance and analyze / translate requirements into systems.

Compensation

$60 - $70 / hr
