As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic tech and media location. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you interact with employees and visitors, providing outstanding customer service and communication. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and support a welcoming atmosphere.

What You'll Do :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergencies as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

Interact with employees, visitors, and / or guests in a professional manner, offering assistance as needed and promoting a positive atmosphere at the location.

Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal and client protocols.

Remain alert to surroundings and environmental conditions, adapting to the unique needs of a technology and media-related location.

Minimum Requirements :

Candidates must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.

Customer service experience is preferred.

A valid guard card or license is preferred.

The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.

Candidates who are comfortable using a computer or tablet are preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
