Director, Head Of Hr Systems, Operations & Analytics

Our client, a global leader in real estate development and management, is seeking a Director, Head of HR Systems, Operations & Analytics to join their New York City team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the strategy, governance, and execution of HR systems, data, and operations across a complex, high-performing organization. The ideal candidate will bring deep HR technology expertise, a strategic mindset, and a passion for leveraging digital innovation to drive efficiency, integration, and data-driven decision making.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field, required. 10+ years of experience in HR technology, operations, or shared services. Proven expertise in HR systems (UKG, iCIMS) is required, with additional experience in Cornerstone, Culture Amp, and benefits administration systems preferred. Proven success leading system integrations, upgrades, or consolidations across multiple vendors. Exceptional communication, leadership, and collaboration skills with the ability to partner across HR, IT, and business leadership. The salary for this role is $160k-$210k / year.
