Key Responsibilities

Lead onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire orientation and exit interviews

Implement automation solutions to enhance efficiency in administrative workflows

Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and maintain accurate HRIS data

Required Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in handling employee inquiries and onboarding / offboarding

Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday)

Experience in a fast-paced technology environment

Ability to follow processes and suggest improvements

Experience leveraging AI tools in professional settings
