Employees in this role develop and enhance relationships with assigned large commercial / industrial and governmental customers. Individuals ensure customer needs and company interests are properly balanced to ensure that we establish and maintain key customer relationships and maximize customer satisfaction.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Builds and maintains relationships with large key account customers
  • Participates in proactive customer visitation
  • Delivers presentations to internal / external audiences to ensure superior customer service
  • Handles technical sales for a wide variety of industry segments
  • Creates and delivers presentations to internal / external audiences
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • High School Grad / GED
  • Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
  • Experience : 2+ years
  • Preferred Qualifications
