• The Hospitality Aide is a transitional role is for those in the process of obtaining their CNA certification to work.

BASIC PURPOSE :

The Hospitality Aide performs non-nursing, non-direct, hands on duties to enhance the quality of services provided for residents.

MAJOR WORK ACTIVITIES :

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

Education : An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Licensure / Certification : Certification not required

Experience : Require at least 3 months of experience with elderly resident. Has a desire to are for the elderly and chronically ill. Is a capable of following oral and written instructions and can write simple records and reports under supervision.
