Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phoneProcess credit card payments over the phone or via Storefront for new and existing customersProvide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints and guiding customers through solutionsMaintain a thorough understanding of products, services and policies to effectively assist customersAccurately document customer interactions and transactions across all tools / platformsCollaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems as necessaryStrive to exceed customer satisfaction goals and performance metricsContinuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and streamline processesStay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customersAbility to work within the defined hours of operation with flexibility needed on weekends and holidaysWhat We Look for in a Candidate :
Must be 18 years of age or olderHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredAbility to remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift with minimal to no distractionsPossess computer / technology savvy with the ability to smoothly operate multiple windows and tabs, while simultaneously providing Best-In-Class Customer Experience speaking to customers over the phoneExcellent communication skills, both, oral and writtenSuperb attendance, so you can be there when our customers need usAll job offers are contingent upon completion of drug screen and background check.
