Day to Day :

The Senior Business Systems Analyst is responsible for collaborating with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements, creating comprehensive system design specifications for new systems or enhancements. The role conducts system audits, utilizes advanced analytics to identify opportunities for enhancing scalability and efficiency within the IT infrastructure. They evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations for adoption to elevate the organization's technological capabilities.

Required Skills :

• 3-5 years of experience in a Business System Analyst position
• Experience working with ConceptOne
• Strong documentation experience for new systems or enhancement, including process flows, data models, and user interface designs to guide the development team
• Excellent communication collaborating with high level executives
• Insurance Industry experience
