As the ILA2J Program Coordinator, you will oversee program implementation, training, outreach, monitoring, reporting, and collaboration with partner organizations. Key Responsibilities :
Conducts background research and due diligence, prepares grant recommendations for administrative and Board consideration
Maintains all relevant data for use in tracking, analyzing and reporting
Coordinates and leads monthly program and / or regional meetings with partners
Participates in the design, implementation, refinement, and adaptation of grantmaking strategies and in planning future program strategies
Builds and sustains relationships with colleague, community leaders and relevant organizations
Successful Candidates will possess :
Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
