Overview

One of the country's leading financial technology companies is seeking a REMOTE Creative Strategist to support the Creative & Optimization Strategy team by streamlining workflows, strengthening reporting accuracy, and implementing scalable processes. The engagement begins as a 3-month, W2 contract offering a 100% REMOTE schedule, competitive benefits, and the potential for extension or conversion to permanent employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage asset workflows : Oversee the timely and accurate transfer of creative assets between teams while ensuring alignment on requirements.
• Maintain and update reporting : Keep performance dashboards current and actionable through regular updates and monitoring.
• Optimize processes : Identify inefficiencies in existing workflows and implement improvements to enhance speed, scalability, and accuracy, including automation where possible.
• Establish documentation : Develop and formalize processes that enable smoother collaboration and reduce bottlenecks.
• Cross-functional coordination : Partner with multiple stakeholders, manage project timelines, and maintain clear and consistent communication.
