Overview

TNS is seeking a Functional Support Analyst to assist in maintaining and transforming our global Workday Financials footprint.

Success in this role relies on a willingness to learn new functional and technical elements, collaborating across teams, adapting to changing priorities and balancing multiple varied duties.

Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth knowledge of TNS’s Accounting configuration and business processes.
• Provide production support for a queue of change requests, enhancements, and issues.
• Balance ownership of existing case load while troubleshooting newly discovered issues
• Configure and customize Workday Financial Management modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, and Project Accounting.
• Maintain and enhance integrations between Workday Financial Management and other systems, including Banking, customer invoice portals and CRM systems.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Workday Financial Management solutions, including troubleshooting issues, implementing enhancements, and conducting system upgrades.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, to ensure successful implementation and adoption of Workday solutions.
• Stay up to date on Workday product releases, new features, and industry trends, and proactively recommend opportunities for improvement.
• Contribute to the development of internal tools, methodologies, and knowledge sharing initiatives to support the Workday practice.
• Develop and maintain Workday reports in support of the Finance and Accounting teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with a strong understanding of accounting principles.
• 3+ years of experience in an Accounting or Finance role.
• Experience with Financial Enterprise software, using or configuring General Ledger, Accounting, or Business Assets modules.
• Previous experience resolving technical support issues
• Excellent communication, presentation, and user-facing skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• For this role, we anticipate paying $98,000k-$125,000k annually. Any compensation range provided for this role is an estimate determined by available market data.

The actual amount may be higher or lower than the range provided considering each candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location.

Prior experience with Financial Enterprise software in a support environment. Workday Financials experience is a huge plus
