Qualifications :
High school diploma / GED.Two (2) years of clerical and customer service experience.Key responsibilities include :
Performing diversified office support and administrative functions requiring specialized customer service financial knowledge.Office support functions performed at this level are moderate to complex in nature, requiring the coordination of several specific tasks while maintaining a high degree of accuracy in processing information.Researching and providing verification of information requests from department field personnel, including memos, logs, and other records.Processing daily accounting tasks, i.e., calculating bills, receiving payments, and issuing receipts.Performing other related duties.
