In this role, you will engage with prospective customers, understand their automotive needs, and provide expert guidance to help them find the perfect vehicle. You will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional purchasing experience, fostering customer loyalty, and helping drive the success of our dealership.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, identifying their specific vehicle needs and preferences.
• Present vehicle features and benefits accurately, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of our Chevrolet inventory.
• Conduct test drives and provide detailed explanations of vehicle performance, options, and financing availability.
• Negotiate sales terms effectively while maintaining transparency and building trust with customers.
• Collaborate with the finance and service departments to ensure a seamless buying experience.
• Follow up with customers post-sale to maintain relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Stay informed about current automotive trends, market conditions, and promotional offers.

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive sales or related customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and understand customer needs.
• Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic computer proficiency for handling sales software and customer databases.

Responsibilities

• Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life.
• Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the in's and the out's of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
• Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.
• Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
• Bring your 'A game' along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day.
