Harnham is a global leader in Data & AI recruitment, and we’re expanding in San Francisco. We’re hiring a Business Development Executive with a proven track record of new client acquisition and revenue growth in permanent recruitment .

This is a brand-new role for a true hunter who thrives on winning new accounts, building lasting client relationships, and driving growth in one of the fastest‑growing markets.

What You’ll Do

• Proactively identify, target, and acquire new client accounts.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and senior decision makers.
• Partner with recruiters to deliver top Data & AI permanent talent.
• Manage the full business development cycle : from prospecting to pitching to signing agreements.
• Work with leadership to shape go‑to‑market and growth strategies.
• Consistently generate new opportunities to expand revenue and market share.
