We are looking for Experienced Licensed Real Estate Agents to join our growing team in Miami Beach, FL . This full-time role is perfect for driven professionals who are passionate about real estate and eager to thrive in a high-energy, collaborative environment.

We are actively hiring experienced Realtors across key South Florida submarkets, including : Coral Gables, North Beach, Bal Harbour, Sunny Isles Beach, Aventura, Doral, Fort Lauderdale Beach, Weston, Pompano Beach, and Boca Raton.

What You'll Do :

• Follow up with buyer leads seeking to purchase homes
• Identify and search for properties that meet buyers' criteria
• Conduct property showings with prospective buyers
• Write, present, and negotiate offers on behalf of clients
• Ensure all contract conditions are met before closing
• Utilize technology and CRM tools to manage leads and transactions
