Job Title : Front Office Associate

Location : Novi, MI

Employment Type : Full-Time, Mon-Fri 8 : 30-4 : 30, in-office

Position Summary :

The Front Office Associate serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, supporting the administrative and operational needs of our advisors and staff. This role requires a detail-oriented, organized, and professional individual who can manage multiple responsibilities efficiently and contribute to the overall success of the firm.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional, welcoming manner.
  • Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and manage general correspondence.
  • Schedule client appointments and maintain calendars for advisors.
  • Support daily office operations, including filing, scanning, and general administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with client service associates and advisors to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned to support firm initiatives.

Qualifications :

  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative, customer service, or front office roles; experience in a financial services environment is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn new software applications.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
