Job description
We’re hiring an A/R Front Desk Administrator!
Are you a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented individual looking for a rewarding position in a dynamic healthcare environment? Garden City Dental is seeking a dedicated A/R Front Desk Administrator to be the welcoming face and voice of our practice!

Location: Garden City, Michigan
Company: Garden City Dental
Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time
Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients warmly and ensure a positive first impression.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the dental office calendar efficiently.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately.
  • Maintain patient records and update information as needed.
  • Process payments and handle billing inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Assist patients with insurance verification and claims processing.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with sufficient stock of office supplies.
  • Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient care and office operations.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience in a dental clinic setting.
  • Knowledge of dental terminology and dental insurance.
  • Proficiency in billing and posting EFT/Check payments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with dental office software preferred but not required.
