SaaS Technology Manager

A company is looking for a SaaS Software Technology Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Lead product strategy, contributing to vision, roadmap, and priorities aligned with company goals

Drive execution by translating requirements into functional specs, user stories, and sprint plans

Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and client success to deliver high-impact features

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience managing a SaaS web application development team

Proven track record of bringing innovation to on-demand SaaS software

BA / BS required in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, MIS, or similar

Interest in creating engaging and inspiring workplaces

Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
