Job Description

Principal Duties & Responsibilities :

• Comply with all applicable safety procedures and ISO14001 EMS guidelines
• Mentor and lead a Process Engineering team consisting of Engineers and support technicians
• Delivery of process / equipment improvements for high quality, high yields and minimal downtime
• Data analysis of quality defects and machine capability to identify improvement opportunities
• Maintain departmental performance metrics (RTFT, Prof. Savings, Material Usage, Plant Output, Standards of Work, etc.)
• Interface with other departments to establish priorities, manage downtime for trials and maintenance, etc.
• Manage and deliver cost reduction, efficiency improvement and capacity expansion projects
• Contribute technical problem solving as needed for the support of general production
• Ensure all product meets requirements as defined by the Plant's Quality Management Systems
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor or a member of management
