Job Overview

The Email Marketing Analyst works with all analyst levels and the manager for email marketing, evaluating the performance of the total email program while providing actionable recommendations. The Analyst supports day‑to‑day management of assets and quality assurance of email marketing campaigns, ensuring impeccable delivery and execution of marketing messages. They partner with cross‑functional teams—including Buying, Site Merchandising, and Creative—to develop daily email campaigns. This role requires a channel expert mindset, the ability to work under pressure, an entrepreneurial spirit, strong organizational skills, and the ability to partner with multiple teams.

Essential Functions

• Plan, execute, and analyze individual email campaigns for selected business families by consolidating and delivering assets in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy in creative content, links, and copy.
• Aid in the development and analysis of weekly / monthly / campaign reporting and provide strategic and actionable next steps.
• Assist in the development and execution of customer journeys, triggers, and personalized campaigns.
• Manage and track multiple assets at different stages in production to ensure timely delivery to the email vendor.
• Collaborate with vendors to plan and execute new initiatives and troubleshoot existing processes.
