Associate Attorney-Unlawful Detainer (UD)

Responsibilities :

• Represent clients in legal proceedings, such as hearings and trials
• Prepare legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy
• Advise clients on legal matters and provide guidance on potential outcomes
• Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients
• Attend depositions, mediations, and other legal proceedings
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to develop case strategies

Skills :

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Admission to the California state bar association

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal procedures

Experience with litigation and negotiation

Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, and other legal-related technology applications. Exposure or experience using Judicial Counsel Form preferred.
