Associate Attorney

A mid-level litigation associate is sought to join a dynamic Los Angeles-based team handling a wide range of matters, including general liability, product liability, premises liability, and catastrophic injury cases. The role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a leading aviation-focused group on complex, high-value litigation.

Associate Attorney Responsibilities :

• Manage an active caseload of approximately 1020 matters.
• Investigate claims, develop case strategies, and provide client updates.
• Draft and respond to discovery, review and analyze documents for production.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Attend hearings and argue motions.
• Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial.
• Collaborate effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel.
