You might start at a CNC router, precision-cutting components, then switch to an edge bander or gluer machine to bring pieces together. After lunch, you could assist our distribution team—moving finished goods with a clamp truck, performing quality checks, and staging orders so families nationwide receive comfort on time.

Tools and systems you’ll master

Run and care for production equipment; complete changeovers and basic upkeepFollow daily schedules to hit build and ship targetsVerify specs and workmanship; correct defects to protect our quality promiseTroubleshoot issues and perform minor mechanical repairsKeep your zone safe, orderly, and audit-readyCoordinate with teammates to keep materials and information flowingYour role across manufacturing and distribution
Manufacturing : Assemble components with precision, document production digitally, package goods for shipment, and use ergonomic techniques to handle materials safelyDistribution : Move and store products with powered industrial vehicles and cherry pickers, conduct in-process checks, and organize inventory to maintain velocityWhat you bring
Hands-on experience with band saws, belt sanders, blow molding machines, conveyors, calipers / micrometers, clamp trucks, edge banders, gluer machines, industrial robots, and CNC routersAbility to read prints / specs and translate them into high-quality workStrong attention to detail with a knack for solving problems fastMechanical aptitude to handle minor fixes and adjustmentsClear communication and a team-first mindsetComfort in a fast-paced production settingHigh school diploma or equivalent relevant experiencePhysical and safety expectations
Frequently move loads up to 100 lbs; occasionally handle up to 250 lbs (using proper equipment and techniques)Operate machinery and hand tools with care, following all proceduresRecord production accurately using scanners or handwritten logsIdentify defects and take action to repair or escalateChampion a safe workplace by following protocols and watching out for your teamGrow here
