Description :

  • The ADA Compliance Support Specialist focuses on eliciting, analyzing, auditing, specifying, and validating the business and accessibility compliance needs of stakeholders, including customers and end-users.
  • This includes ensuring that client's digital assets, facilities, communications, and employee-facing systems align with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.
  • The analyst will work closely with the Usability and Accessibility Manager and ADA Coordinator to support and track accessibility compliance efforts, while applying proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to inform business and technical decisions.
  • The analyst will also serve as a technical liaison to promote usability, compliance, and inclusion across all digital platforms and business processes.

Must-haves :

  • Agile, Waterfall flexibility.
  • Experience working cross-departmentally with various stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with ADA Compliance. Knowledge of Client Programs.

    • Minimum qualifications :

  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in the Information Technology department, with SQL experience.
  • Ability to quickly acquire knowledge related to business operations and product specifications.
  • Proficiency with requirements gathering and analysis techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, facilitation & communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a highly collaborative team.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with tight deadlines
