Job description

A company is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to improve computer-based business applications and support management in performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze company functions and processes to enhance business applications

Recommend solutions to management for improving operational efficiency

Collaborate with senior managers to identify and resolve business system issues

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in an IT related field

Seven (7) years of experience in a similar role

Salesforce Administrator certification required

Salesforce Business Analyst certification required

Active Security clearance required
