Our recycling client is searching for a candidate who will report to the CFO and oversee all accounting and financial reporting functions, as well as assisting the CFO and senior management team with budgeting, audit and tax support, treasury management and banking relationships.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- CFA, CMA, or CPA certification required
- 7-10 years of accounting experience in progressively more responsible roles in industrial or manufacturing industries
- 3-5 years of accounting management and staff supervision
- Microsoft Dynamics or a similar platform ERP
- General ledger and reporting management from journal entries to financial statement preparation and review
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to perform financial analytics and provide feedback on trends and fluctuations
- Experience in supporting 3rd party audit and tax compliance
- Treasury management knowledge and experience, including cash forecasting and reporting and online bank treasury platforms
- Experience in preparing annual activity-based budgets and periodic reforecasts
- Experience managing capital project accounting
