We\'re looking for a talented Copilot Product Manager to help us leverage AI-driven copilot technologies to further improve our platform. This role offers the opportunity to directly shape the future of cloud product experiences using cutting-edge technology.

Responsibilities

• Identify and Drive Opportunities : Proactively explore opportunities to enhance our platform using AI-driven copilot technology, focusing on improving customer support, troubleshooting, and overall experience.
• Customer-Centric Approach : Champion the voice of the customer by understanding their needs, pain points, and challenges, ensuring that all copilot enhancements are designed to significantly improve customer satisfaction.
• Cloud Expertise : Leverage a deep understanding of cloud products and services to identify and prioritize the integration of copilot technology across our platform.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, design, and support teams to ensure smooth implementation and adoption of copilot features, driving measurable improvements.
• Product Roadmap : Develop, manage, and own the product roadmap for copilot-driven features, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Data-Driven Decisions : Analyze usage data, customer feedback, and troubleshooting patterns to continually iterate and improve the copilot experience.
• Support and Troubleshooting Expertise : Utilize your knowledge of support and troubleshooting workflows to ensure that copilot solutions are intuitive and effective in resolving customer issues.
• Stakeholder Communication : Effectively communicate product updates, roadmaps, and customer insights to internal stakeholders and leadership.
