Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, in partnership with a precision manufacturing company specializing in custom tooling solutions and high-quality die components, and is seeking a skilled Tool & Die Maker to join their growing team in Norton Shores, MI.

1st shift : 7 : 00a-3 : 330p, potential for overtime after training

Pay based on experience

Tool and Die Maker Overview :

The Tool & Die Maker will be responsible for the fabrication, repair, and maintenance of tooling, dies, and fixtures used in production. This role requires strong technical skills in machining, blueprint reading, and problem-solving to ensure that all tools and dies meet high standards for quality and performance. Tool and Die Maker Responsibilities :

• Fabricate, assemble, and maintain precision tools, dies, and fixtures according to engineering specifications.
• Read and interpret complex blueprints, CAD drawings, and technical documents.
• Operate and set up CNC machines, manual mills, lathes, surface grinders, and other shop equipment.
• Perform troubleshooting, adjustments, and repairs to tooling and dies to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance to ensure tooling is in optimal working condition.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve tool and die designs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, following all safety procedures.
