Senior Marketing Consultant

At LPL Financial, we empower professionals to shape their success while helping clients pursue their financial goals. We are looking for a Senior Marketing Consultant with high proficiency in all facets of digital and traditional marketing. In this position, you will act as a senior marketing consultant and main point of contact for up to 30 financial institutions and investment programs and 75-100 advisors. You will consult with financial institution marketing teams and advisors to grow business through strategic marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities include :

• Program Consulting :
• Institutional Insight : Gain a deep understanding of the institution's culture, member base, and program growth goals.
• Strategic Marketing Alignment : Develop a marketing calendar that reflects the program strategy.
• Consulting : Participate in the annual planning to develop the overall marketing strategy that aligns with the financial institutions strategic marketing plan.
• Advisor Consulting :
• Onboarding : Complete actions on the Onboarding Checklist.
• Consulting : Conduct 3-4 annual individual consulting sessions.

Pay Range : $74,625-$124,375 / year
