AI Portfolio Manager

Lead the planning, prioritization, and execution of multiple AI and digital assistant projects across the subsurface and wells domain.

• Oversee budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for AI initiatives.
• Define KPIs and success metrics for AI adoption and performance.
• Strategic Alignment

Work closely with subsurface, wells, and production teams to identify pain points and opportunities for AI integration.

• Align AI projects with business goals, technology strategy, and data governance frameworks.
• Technical Leadership

Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers to design, train, and deploy AI agents tailored to geoscience, reservoir, and well engineering use cases.

• Translate complex domain requirements into actionable AI project charters and specifications.
• Ensure solutions are explainable, robust, and compliant with internal and regulatory standards.
• Stakeholder Engagement

Act as a bridge between technical AI teams and domain experts (geoscientists, drilling engineers, reservoir engineers, etc.).

• Communicate progress, insights, and outcomes to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
